Hardcore fans of the jumping plumber should be excited to know that a new Super Mario game will be arriving on Nintendo’s upcoming gaming console, the Nintendo 3DS. As confirmed by the series creator himself, Shigeru Miyamoto, in a recent interview, the new Super Mario game will be the first original Mario game in 3D on a Nintendo handheld device. With 3D iterations of classic 2D games usually not doing as well as the originals, it’ll be interesting to see how well the 3DS Mario game will do when it launches. Who’s excited over this news?
