Philips Lumileds has outed their new SignalSure mid-power LEDs which will target automotive signaling applications. Meant to be the most robust and reliable surface mount LED that is currently available to the automotive industry, they have undergone a rigorous Multi Environment Overstress Testing (MEOST) regime which exceeds the testing that is required by today’s standards for automotive signaling LED sources. Available in red-orange and amber colors, SignalSure ought to play its part well when fulfulling automotive specifications.
