Robonaut 2 to make an appearance at Super Bowl XLV

The infamous space robot, Robonaut 2, will be making an appearance at this year’s upcoming Super Bowl event (XLV). Created by General Motors and NASA, the robot will make a guest appearance with Fox Sports analyst Howie Long during a pre-game show before the Super Bowl XLV this Sunday. Robonaut 2 is a robot that was designed to help astronauts on the International Space Station and to help GM develop safer cars and plants. Robonaut 2 will discussing its predictions with Howie Long durin the pre-game show which kicks off 2PM EST on Febraury 6. Too bad we won’t see him competing against human players during the game. I wonder how long it’ll be until we have robots replacing humans as hosts for shows and events.
