Samsung HDTVs getting updated version of the Netflix Watch Instantly interface?

The PlayStation 3 and Google TV recently got an updated version of Netflix’s Watch Instantly interface and now Samsung HDTVs compatible with Samsung Apps seem to be getting the latest interface too. According to reports, the latest interface appeared after a firmware upgrade on a UN46C6500 LCD HDTV and it now offers the ability to search through Netflix’s catalog directly on the device, though you still won’t be able to add DVDs to your queue. Since there isn’t any official word on this just yet, it might be a test phase that Netflix is going through or a slow rollout, so don’t expect to see it appear right away.

Netflix: Netflix Inc is an Internet company that distributes video on-demand. As of 2012, the company operated in the USA, but also in South America, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Samsung: Samsung is a South-Korean conglomerate which counts many subsidiaries like Samsung Electronics, which you probably know very well, but also Samsung Heavy Industries which builds ships, or Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Securities and many more. Samsung is responsible for an amazing 20% of South Korea's exports. In the consumer electronics world, Samsung has gone from being a company with a reputation for cheap products to becoming one of the most respected companies in the world.
