Sharp Lynx SH 03C gets a hands on video

The folks over at Akihabara News recently got their hands on a Sharp Lynx SH-03C – the world’s first glasses-free 3D phone (no LG, the title does not belong to you) and posted a detailed first impression of the phone. Sharp Lynx SH-03C runs on a stock version of Android 2.1, and it comes loaded with apps for you to make use of the phone’s 3D capabilities. Judging by what they wrote, they don’t seem to have a very good impression of the device, and the 3D pictures that it takes aren’t that great (due to the fact that it uses tricks to generate a 3D image instead of 2 cameras) so if you’re looking for a 3D camera, this isn’t it. Nevertheless, it is interesting to see what the future has in store for us – after all if the first 3D phone isn’t very impressive, upcoming models can only get better. Head here to read the hands-on impression and watch a video about it.
