Tomorrow should be something special as we take a break from the hubbub that is MWC 2011 in Barcelona – we’re looking at an IBM computer which will tackle a couple of humans in a special week of television’s “Jeopardy.” IBM’s seemingly know-it-all computer, “Watson”, will be using another computer known as “Wolfram Alpha” to get the job done – where the latter is a computer that can calculate everything. Everything? Accessible from any Web browser, this is also touted to be the world’s biggest calculator. Apart from performing calculations using words, it will also solve even the largest mathematical equations without missing a beat – and best of all is, it doesn’t have to be huge since Wolfram Alpha can be used just about anywhere.
