Best Buy to host midnight launches for the Nintendo 3DS

Can’t wait to get your hands on the Nintendo 3DS? It looks like Best Buy has heard your prayers. It has been reported that Best Buy will be selling the consoles at the stroke of midnight when the NDS goes on sale this Sunday, March 27. In New York City, Nintendo is even hosting a launch party, with hands-on 3DS demos, food, music and giveaways. The party starts at 9pm EDT at the Best Buy in Union Square for those who are interested in partying it up with other Nintendo fanboys and girls. For other folk who don’t live in NYC or aren’t interested in joining the party, the rest of the Best Buy outlets will still be selling the gaming console albeit sans-party. Who’s going to be at the midnight launch for their 3DS this weekend?
