Great news for Motorola Droid X users – if rumors turn out to be true, Motorola will begin pushing out the Gingerbread (Android 2.3) update starting at midnight this Sunday. The update will be pushed to business clients first, and then a full rollout to all users will happen the rest of the week. But take this news with a pinch of salt, as Verizon/Motorola have yet to announce anything, and it looks like the basis of the rumor stems from a tweet announcing that the current build of Gingerbread for the phone is stable. Stay tuned for more details – we’ll keep you posted.
