iPhone fails at daylight savings time shiftThe iPhone might be the smartest thing you own at the moment, but that doesn’t mean it is a pocket Einstein. Heck, the device that runs on iOS decided to drop another hour instead of going forward by one, which means users were behind by two hours now. This seems to be a signature with Apple’s handset for some time now, since New Year’s Day 2011 actually cut off alarm services completely, and in November 2010, the handset also failed to make the daylight savings jump. On the bright side, at least Apple has admitted to the problem and are currently working on a solution – which we prefer to see it arrive sooner rather than later, of course.
