When the Motorola XOOM Android tablet was released, one of its major pitfalls was that it didn’t come with Flash support. Being an Android tablet, one of its key selling points was it being able to run Flash unlike the iPad. However, the tablet was launched without Flash due to the updated Flash player from Adobe wasn’t ready for the tablet yet. But it looks like the waiting period for Flash might be over soon. According to the Motorola Twitter page, the tablet will be receiving an OTA update starting tonight and it will bring the usual bug fixes, to the tablet, as well as prepare it for the arrival of Adobe Flash Player 10.2. For those of you who’ve been using the Motorola XOOM since its launch – do you miss the Flash support on the tablet or have you learnt to live without it?
