CPSCThe Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has recently launched their first publicly-accessible safety complaints database. Accessible at saferproducts.gov, this site will allow users to submit safety complaints about consumer products and view complaints from other users as well. This will allow consumers to learn about the safety of products they have or are interested in buying.  Definitely a good idea for concerned folk because previously, users had to request for information from the CPSC, which could take a very long time. Now, through the website, users can even check up on a product while they’re at the store itself. Head here to watch a video showing how the reporting system works.
