Samsung Galaxy Pro announced

Samsung has just announced the addition of the new device to their Android Galaxy phone lineup. Called the Samsung Galaxy Pro, what sets this phone apart from their other devices is the presence of a BlackBerry-ish keyboard (think Droid Pro). It comes with Android 2.2.1 (Froyo), a 2.8″ touchscreen display, an 800MHz processor, a 3megapixel camera and expandable storage up to 32GB. No dates and prices have been announced yet, but the phone is confirmed to arrive in the UK, sold by Three. Hit the break to watch a video sneak peak of the Samsung Galaxy Pro:

Android: Android is the mobile operating system from Google. The software was originally built by a company called Android Inc, that was purchased by Google in 2005. From its modest debuts, Android has become a powerhouse that powers not only smartphones and tablet, but a host of other less high-profile devices and gadgets.
