Samsung launches new Galaxy Tab advert

Despite already announcing the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and having plans to announce the 8.9 in a couple of weeks, Samsung has just released a new advert for the original Galaxy Tab. It looks like they won’t be letting their first tablet die out anytime soon. The advert shows off all the different things you can do with the tablet – play games, create charts, watch movies, video call and so on. But unless they get their act together and update the tablet to Honeycomb (Android 3.0) instead of keeping it on Froyo, I doubt many people are going to be purchasing the tablet anytime soon. And let’s not forget, the lack of a WiFi-only option in the US is keeping a lot of people at bay. So is the iPad 2 that launches today. Watch the advert after the break:
