Word has it that Sprint will be introducing a markdown in the price of its Samsung Galaxy Tab, which means the tablet from the South Korean company will drop to a mere $199.99 on a new two-year contract, of course, which is $100 more affordable than what is asked off currently. If you are reading this and want to pick up the Tab (pun not intended), then wait until this Sunday as that is when the price drop will come into effect. Of course, we aren’t surprised in the least bit to see Sprint introduce a price cut considering Samsung has announced a couple of Galaxy-branded tablets in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 recently, so it makes perfect sense for an older piece of hardware to bow out gracefully with a price drop.
