It seems that the Wi-Fi only Motorola XOOM tablet is scheduled for a March 27th release according to this Staples flyer, with its price point getting confirmed at $599.98 this time around. This is definitely more expensive than the $539 figure that we quoted nearly a couple of weeks ago, but at least we do know that the Wi-Fi only model is a whole lot more affordable compared to the 3G capable version. Still, we can’t wait to see just how the XOOM will be able to duke it out against the iPad 2 that can already be considered to be a runaway success.
