Anchor Audio has just announced the presence and existence of its personal portable PA system known as the RescueMAN. Ready to debut in June later this year, the RescueMAN was specially designed so that first responders who need voice amplification for emergencies or crowd control situations will not have anything to worry about as they will already have the right tool in their hands to get them right off the mark. How so, you ask? Read on and see how the RescueMAN will come to your, er, rescue – cheesy, ain’t it?

RescueMAN boasts 109 dB of crystal clear sound that is pumped out of a lightweight, wearable enclosure that was specially designed to be heard over loud emergency equipment or in an active environment. It will tip the scales at slightly more than 4 pounds, bringing along with it a high quality record & replay function that enables a user to record a voice message up to 20 seconds with the ability to repeat if you so desire.

The message can be retained even if there is no more power left supplied to the system. Along with the RescueMAN comes durable push buttons which can be easily accessed, never mind that you are wearing large gloves – and those buttons work great by preventing water or dust from getting into the system. You can choose to juice up the RescueMAN using either 10 AA Alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries and can operate up to a dozen hours on but a single charge. If your kids are quite the inquisitive set of people, why not purchase the RescueMAN the next time you bring them to the great outdoors for a holiday? We are quite sure the RescueMAN is able to withstand the rigors of small kids playing nonchalantly with it. [Press Release]
