The Huawei IDEOS S7 tablet has arrived at the doorsteps of the FCC, so we know that this 7″ touchscreen display tablet is well on its way to hit the market once it receives the stamp of approval. We do know that the S7 will be powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon processor, featuring both front and rear facing cameras, a microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, HDMI out and a dock interface of sorts. Apart from supporting GSM/EDGE 850 and 1900 bands, it will also play nice with WCDMA bands II and V – meaning it can function over AT&T’s 3G bands in the US without any hiccups. Don’t expect Android 3.0 Honeycomb to ship with it though.
