Could the LG Optimus A for AT&T actually be the same as the Optimus One? After all, it is quite some time after AT&T announced that they will be offering the Optimus One alongside other US carriers, but nary a peep was heard of since then. Perhaps the Optimus A that you see above is said phone, and just before you pony up your hard-earned dollars for one of these puppies, do know what you’re getting underneath the hood first. The Optimus A/Optimus One will sport a 3.2″ touchscreen display and an 800MHz processor to get you started. Sure, no dual cores are seen here and neither does it hit the 1GHz mark in terms of processing power, but you can be sure it does the job well enough as a mid-range phone. Avid gamers on mobile devices might want to give this a miss though, since it isn’t going to have the processing muscle to handle all the latest and greatest titles.
