Folks who use the Xbox 360 to access Netflix are in for a treat. Netflix has just announced the support for the Microsoft Kinect motion controller in their Netflix app on the gaming console. All users have to do is launch Netflix in the Video Marketplace and download the update for the app. Using the Kinect, folks can play, fast forward, rewind, and pause movies with hand gestures or with voice commands. Other functions accessible through Kinect are navigation through recommendations based on previous habits. Unfortunately that’s about all you can do with the current version of Netflix on Xbox 360 anyway. Hopefully more features will be added in future versions. Check it out and let us know what you think.
