Designed for users looking for an advanced camera and still want fun features to enhance their photographs, the Nikon D5100 D-SLR is touted to offer “a new perspective on creativity”. It packs a large 3″ high-res swivel type vari-angle LCD monitor, 16.2 megapixel CMOS sensor, D-Movie with Full HD (1080p, 24/30p), Full-Time AF and stereo sound, 11-point AF system including a cross-type sensor, Live View with Auto Scene Selector, Built-in HDR, ISO Sensitivity 100-6400, 4 fps high-speed continuous shooting, and an Effects Mode that let you enhance your images and videos (included effects: Night vision, Color sketch, Miniature effect and Selective color). The D5100 D-SLR will be available in mid-April for $799.95 (body only) and $899.95 for outfit (inc. 18-55mm VR lens).
