As many users will agree, the Skype for Mac client is in need of a UI overhaul, especially in the chat style department. It looks like Skype has listened to the complaints and are actually going to do something about it. For the next version of Skype, they will be giving the chat style for Skype on the Mac an overhaul. However, instead of them being the ones behind the design, they’ve decided to get the help of people all over the world instead.
