According to an official Tweet from RadioShack, the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G that was given an extensive video preview earlier this week, will be available from RadioShack on April 20 onwards. No prices have been confirmed, but we’ll find out soon enough. The 3.5″ display Android 2.2 phone packs a 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird processor, and will come preloaded with social apps such as Facebook and Twitter, and will also have access to features such as Cloud Text, Group Text, Samsung media hub as well as media room. While we can’t be certain if the Tweet is an April fool’s joke (though it doesn’t seem like anything funny or outrageous enough to pass off as a prank), but don’t get your hopes up too high. Will you be getting the Sidekick 4G when it goes on sale?
