Don’t you think that this piece of news is a little bit too late? The Zune player which we reported as dead (with a follow up after that), will be receiving its email application – at least for the Zune HD. To put it plainly, this means the Zune HD portable media player is able to send as well as receive emails, playing nice with Gmail, Windows Live Mail and POP3 email accounts. Of course, it goes without saying that the Zune HD email app does seem rather similar in design to the default email app of Windows Phone 7, considering the same root in which it comes in. Currently available for download, you can get it for free over at the Zune HD App Marketplace. Anyone given it a go yet, and how do you find it?
