Etymotic introduces Awareness features to hf3 and mc3 Noise Isolating Headsets

Etymotic Research intends to make what was already good, better – in the form of the Awareness feature that will be introduced to hf3 and mc3 Noise Isolating Headsets. This enhancement to both earphones will allow you to experience the highest noise isolation and sound quality without being oblivious to the rest of your surroundings – now that would definitely be worth having, since you can enjoy the best of both worlds without ending up as a roadkill whenever you go jogging with your favorite tunes playing in the background.
The hf3 and mc3 earphones were specially developed to work with the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, and with the AWARENESS! for Etymotic app, it is capable of “listening” to users’ surroundings, mixing any noise louder than normal background sounds straight into the earphones. You can let the app run this procedure automatically, or for those who prefer to be in control, just set the volume levels for surrounding noise yourself.

The new, enhanced versions of the hf3 and mc3 will boast of a new packaging that featuring a QR code, letting consumers learn more about its features and connect straight to the registration site in order to pick up an unlock code.
