The Pentax Q camera was announced late yesterday, and was touted as the “world’s smallest and lightest interchangeable lens camera”. Since only one lens (standard prime) was announced with the camera, it seems a bit odd to not have any extra lenses announced for the camera. It looks like Pentax does have some extra lenses for the lightweight camera.
The lenses are all designed exclusively for use with the Pentax Q. Each lens features an optimized image circle to match the size of the Q’s CMOS image sensor. In addition to the 01 Standard Prime that was announced with the camera, Pentax announced the 02 Standard Zoom, 03 Fish-Eye, 04 Toy Lens Wide, and 05 Toy Lens Telephoto.
The prices of the lenses range from $79.95 to $299.95 depending on its type. Check out more detailed description of the lenses here.
