BlackBerry Bold 9900 pushed to September launchWhen it comes to the latest and greatest devices, most folks would sit in anticipation, holding on to the edges of their seats as they trawl through page after page on the Internet, wondering just when the next leak will come from. Well, when it comes to the BlackBerry range of devices, the Bold 9900 is said to be the best yet-to-be-released model, where whispers from multiple sources have confirmed that said smartphone will not be rolling out until launching until September arrives.

We do wonder what RIM’s hang up is – the manufacturer of the wildly popular BlackBerry devices tend to have issues with their device releases, and from an original “Sumnmer” time frame, it has now been pushed back to a September 2011 release.

In other news, RIM is also said to have one more major operating system release in the pipeline, where some have speculated that this could very well be the BlackBerry OS 7.5, where it will roll out before QNX is launched on smartphones.
