We want to be heralds of good news by letting all existing Verizon Wireless customers who are on an unlimited data plan that they will need not worry about getting cut off from that pipeline of data when July 7th rolls around. It seems that the different data plans with a cap on the limit before you pay more for each byte that you us will apply to new subscribers only. How do we know this? Well, the executive director of communications for Verizon Wireless is purported to have actually took the pro-active step to confirm that “usage based” plans would indeed be starting from next month onwards, and existing customers might be able to keep their current pricing and data plan – even when they are renewing or upgrading so long as they remain locked in before July 7th.

So far, it sounds as though this arrangement is a lifetime commitment like marriage – you can even upgrade one year later while enjoying an unlimited data plan, now how about that? Could this piece of news actually cause an upsurge in unlimited data plan subscriptions before 7/7?
