If you want to show off your rockstar side but think that slinging a guitar on your back wherever you go is just so passe, then perhaps this guitar messenger bag by ThinkGeek will be subtle enough to do the job.

Called the Electric Rock Guitar bag, it will only cost you $50, a pretty affordable price, and it will be available come August 28th. It will feature buttons along the neck of the guitar that when pressed plays pretuned guitar chords that you will be able to strum to. It even comes with a mini detachable amp (which requires 4x AAA batteries) at the side which should allow you to crank the volume to 11 for some righteous rocking.

As far as the bag stuff is concerned, the messenger bag features a guitar strap-styled bag strap, a magnetic clasp to keep the flaps shut and should be able to fit a 17” notebook and comes with additional 8 pockets – 2 large and 6 small – for your pens, pencils, calculators and even a couple of backup guitar picks.
