Anyone who is serious about exercising would have some sort of gizmo to help them out in their regime, and for some, wearing a watch which offers more than time telling is compulsory. With so many models to choose from, most folks are spoilt for choice, but if you want to try out something new, how about the VEA Sportive? This watch will not only let you know it is time to head back home after that long run in the hills, sporting basic phone functionality, a built-in digital camera, and even supports MP3 playback, now how about that?
You will be able to navigate through its functions via the 1.5″ touchscreen display, complete with Bluetooth connectivity since talking to your watch ala Dick Tracy doesn’t seem that cool at all when you think about it, 8GB of internal memory and a SOS button which is capable of letting others know where you are just in case you end up in an emergency situation.
The VEA Sportive is not going to be cheap though, as it ships next week for €399 a pop. If you think that waiting is a good thing, this is different since come September, the price will be increased to €499.
