If you’re looking for a white iPod Touch, you might be in luck. The folks over at 9to5Mac received photographs of what is said to be the front panel of a white 4th generation iPod Touch. Since there’s also no way to verify the authenticity of the panel through a photograph, there’s no telling if it’s real or fake. But there could be possible explanations to what this white front panel could be.
The white panel for the iPod touch could have been a panel that Apple was testing for the iPod Touch 4G but was left unreleased for unknown reasons. Other speculations put the white front as the a panel for the next generation iPod Touch – after all, there have been rumors of the next iPhone looking similar to the iPhone 4, and the iPod Touch usually follows the design of the iPhone. Could this be a clue to what the next iPhone will look like? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
But judging by mock-up renders of a white iPod Touch, the device does look pretty sweet. How many of you would pick up a white iPod Touch if it ever gets released?
