The Nokia RM-744, or as some might call it the Nokia 701 Helen, is actually the final handset from the new bunch of Symbian handsets to arrive at the FCC and pick up its approval in the process. This model will run on the Symbian Belle operating system version – which is actually the update for Symbian Anna. Just what does the Nokia 701 Helen brings to the table? For starters, you get a 1200mAh BL-5K battery alongside the WH-207 earphones.

Other hardware specifications include a 360 x 640 resolution display, a couple of soft keys, GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/HSDPA connectivity as well as Wi-Fi support just in case you do not have a data plan attached to your smartphone. Other than that, details are scant about the Nokia 701 Helen, and neither do we know how much it will cost when it arrives in the market – which should be soon, since that is what happens to most gizmos that hit the FCC.

Just bear in mind that the Nokia 701 is different from the Nokia RM-701, where the latter is actually the Nokia 600).
