The Nokia N9 is slated to be the first, as well as achieve infamy as being the last MeeGo-powered device from the Finnish phone manufacturer. While it was supposed to come in a bevy of colors, white certainly was not part of the plan. I don’t know about you, but white gadgets are nice to look at although keeping them clean and pristine can be quite the pain as most of the times, white plastic parts turn yellow in the end. Well, someone seemed to have gotten hold of the white Nokia N9 – and I can’t say that it ended up sheet white because the handset heard news that it is the last of its kind…

Could this very well be an early batch prototype model that somehow managed to make a quick breakaway from secretive labs to snap a photo of itself? Word on the street has it that a white colored Nokia N9 will be arriving sometime in Q1 next year as part of a limited release, although don’t expect it to make a splash in the mobile world as everyone is tapping away on their iPhone 5 screens…
