Google’s most recent flagship smartphone comes in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, where this Ice Cream Sandwich-powered smartphone has finally received a release date for our friends who live across the pond. Yes, UK store shelves will be getting the Galaxy Nexus this coming November 16th, where according to online phone retailer Phones4U, the Galaxy Nexus can be picked up by Orange customers from that mentioned date onwards.
Just to recap, what does the Samsung Galaxy Nexus bring to the table? We are looking at a rather impressive 4.65″ display that is of the Super AMOLED HD variety – sporting an impressive 1,280 x 720 resolution count, while a speedy 1.2GHz dual-core processor helps make it future-proof, it at least for some time to come in the future. Of course, the main selling point of Google’s latest flagship smartphone would be the inclusion of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, which is the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system. What would you do on November 16th if you happen to be in the UK?
