Perfect365If you’ve always envied your friends who are skilled in using Photoshop to make their photos look good, you don’t have to be envious anymore. ArcSoft has just released an app called Perfect365 that will put the tools of professionals in the hands of anybody who’s willing to spend some time editing their photographs. First thing to note is that the app doesn’t work like a traditional photo editor. Instead of brushes and regular tools, users will be presented with specific options such as “brighten eyes”, “soften skin”, “blush” and so on. The app also supports automatic face detection to get the job done.

Sounds like a great tool for the less-skilled image editing users, as well as for people who want to quickly try out a new look on a self-portrait so they can decide if they should wear make up in a certain color. And it’s definitely for people who love taking photographs of themselves and touching them up before posting them up on Facebook, Twitter or Flickr.

Perfect365 is available now as a free app for Windows, with the iOS versions of the app arriving later this month. A Mac OS version is also listed as “coming soon” on its website. Head here to download Perfect365, or find out more.
