Good news for Google+ users on Android, Google has just released a new update for the app which features several improvements over the previous version. First up we get a tweaked user interface with the notifications now on the top right of the screen, a new look for the stream view and individual posts, easy toggling of sharing location data for new posts, new controls for hang out, a cleaner Messenger list and conversation view, slick new profiles that feature the left/right swiping gesture that will be found in Ice Cream Sandwich, a new album view, circle previews, the ability to sign out, and of course other minor tweaks and the usual bug fixes. Google+ is available now on the Android Market.
