No Samsung Google TV at CES 2012

We’ve previously announced that Samsung will be introducing Google TV televisions in 2012, but it’s not going to be at CES 2012 (Consumer Electronics Show). The folks over at Korea Times have reported that Samsung is going to need more time to unveil its Google TV. The company is still in the final stages of talks about the Google TV with Google, so while they’ll be able to comment on a release date at CES next year, they won’t have anything to show.

After the negative response that Google TV has been getting recently, Samsung needs to come up with a noteworthy product and spending a little more time to get it right seems justified anyway. How many of you are looking forward to get a Samsung-branded Google TV?
