SPAR Zephyr Wireless Speaker

SPAR has just launched ZEPHYR, a very nicely designed family of Bluetooth speakers built to be a companion for mobile devices. Of course, this may remind you of the Jambox, but Zephyr comes with a twist: it can charge your phone as well. That makes sense if you think about it: not only it is a great use of the internal battery, but it gives users an extra incentive to carry the speaker with them.ZEPHYR comes in 3 models (Zephyr 300, 500 and 550) that vary in size and battery capacity. The Zephyr 300 is “pocketable” while the 500 is better suited for a bad or a purse. Finally, the 550 features a high-quality aluminum build.

As for the autonomy, check this out: Zephyr 300 can play music for 12 hours (800 mAh), Zephyr 500 for 18 hours (1500 mAh) and finally the 550 model can play music for 28 hours (3000 mAh). All three models come with a protecting bag, cables and a charger. SPAR has priced Zephyr competitively: from $99.99 to $159.99. Pre-orders are open and SPAR should deliver by mid-December. There is no retail option before 2012.
