Huawei Honor gets demo of Ice Cream Sandwich

Yes, we are still working on done with our Huawei Honor review, and there is always the unboxing video for you to check out in your spare time while you wait and ponder over whether Huawei could be the next HTC in the making. While we do know that Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is still available over on a smartphone via a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, it seems that the Huawei Honor might be next – as Huawei recently introduced an official demo of the Ice Cream Sandwich update that runs on the U8860 Honor. Bear in mind that this is not a port or leak in any way, and the update itself is already available over at the U8860 Honor’s support website. The only drawback for the rest of the English-speaking world? This version is available in Simplified Chinese only, so hopefully an English version is in the pipeline soon.
