Notion Ink Adam gets Ice Cream Sandwich (video)

Notion Ink Adam It’s been awhile since we’ve reported about the Adam, but it looks like Notion Ink has been keeping busy with developing the next version of Android for its tablet. Earlier this week there was a screenshot showing Ice Cream Sandwich running on the tablet, and now they’ve released a video showing it in action. It’s still an early build, so there problems like screen flashes and a lot of green, but overall it looks like it runs pretty well on the tablet. No word on when it’ll be finally completed, but let’s hope it doesn’t take too long.

The Notion Ink Adam is one of the more interesting tablets on the market right now, and it’ll be interesting to see how much of the “Eden” UI it is going to keep when the Ice Cream Sandwich update is finally released. Android Android is mobile operating system from Google. The software was originally built by a company called Android Inc, that was purchased by Google in 2005. From its modest debuts, Android has become a powerhouse that powers not only smartphones and tablet, but a host of other less high-profile devices and gadgets. Although Android is not a community-driven project, Google does release the source code as open-source under the Apache license.
