Facebook has just announced 60 new apps that post updates to its recently launched Timeline (Carl Sjogreen, the director of Facebook’s Platform Products was on-stage). The apps reach a broad set of interests ranging from travel to books, but the message is really that in time, there will be something for everyone. While apps are usually meant to share information with others, you can also have apps that add information only for yourself. There were no real Timeline features tonight, so it’s all about the new apps, which are available *now*. We checked the demos, and Eliane Fiolet really liked TicketMaster, Pinterest and Kobo.
