DJs out there if you’re looking to get your hands on a new DJ controller, Numark has recently introduced the 4Trak which appears to offer somewhat similar features as the N56. This includes a four-channel mixer that can be attached to various sources of media, such as media players, microphones or turntables, while its effects console has been mapped with direction interaction with Native Instruments’ Traktor software parameters.

The Numark 4Trak also features dual platters with rotating LEDs in two colors with 3,600 ticks of resolution for each revolution. The controller on board will also allow the DJ to access his or her music library without the need for an external mouse, which we’re guessing could be highly inconvenient when spinning at the clubs, along with pitch control, looping and a wide range of other capabilities that one can typically find on a DJ controller. The Numark 4Trak is expected to be made available come Q1 2012 and is expected to retail for a whopping $1,099.
