We continued to hear about the HTC One S recently, which has also been speculated to be known as the HTC Ville. Well, the smartphone as been put through its fair share of benchmark tests, and here is what we have managed to uncover – brace yourselves, for the results are rather positive. For starters, we do know that the HTC One S is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 dual-core processor, accompanied by 1GB RAM. This configuration enabled it to achieve a rather impressive 60.60fps NenaMark2 score, and I am quite sure that you would have a fun time with the HTC One S considering it also packs in a 4.3″ qHD display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4.0, an 8-megapixel shooter at the back, HSPA+ connectivity, and a 1,650 mAh battery right out of the box. Seems that HTC is on the right track after a disappointing previous quarter, and with HTC’s famed build quality in its 8mm unibody design, it does seem as though the HTC One S is going to be a winner. Hopefully more on the smartphone will be revealed at MWC next week.
