So there was speculation that the iPad 3’s IGZO display from Sharp was spotted earlier on, apart from its demonstration apps and commercials being drawn up for a possible early March release (which is slightly less than a month away), so why not throw in another rumor into the mix? It seems that the New York Times sniffed out an Apple employee who shared that the new iPad is definitely going through internal testing, and hopefully it will not be lost in a bar. It is touted to be “essentially the same size and shape as the iPad 2,” with a “truly amazing” screen – sounds like phrases the late Steve Jobs would have used himself. Apart from that, a faster processor will be thrown into the mix – not exactly something that we do not already know, but to hear it come from internal sources clearly shows that the iPad 3 is definitely going to be a forced not to be trifled around with.
