One of the most appealing aspects of the Nokia Lumia 800 is its body which is made from a single piece of polycarbonate plastic. And if you’ve ever wondered about whether the case is a painted shell or one solid piece of color, the answer is the latter. According to a blog post on the Next at Microsoft, the polycarbonate plastic is completely colored through and through.
That means if you ever happen to scratch your Lumia 800′s body, instead of seeing black or white under the color, it’s going to remain the same – unless you have a black or white Lumia, then of course you’ll see black or white respectively. Though let’s hope that none of you will ever have to go through the heartache of scratching your own phone just to test the color of phone.
