Samsung will be delivering its OTA (Over The Air) app installations to even more countries, making good on their promise made in December last year. The final count of the countries that will support OTA app installations? 11, up from half a dozen. If you happen to live in the UK, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Russia, India, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, then you are in luck, as these are the countries that support the OTA app installation via Samsung Apps. If you want to take the “Direct Install to Device” route, that would work as well with Android and bada 2.0, Samsung’s very own operating system. For those who have absolutely no clue as to how this feature ought to run, Samsung has thoughtfully prepared a set of instructions in the tutorial video that you can watch here.
