Sony Xperia U surfaces againThe Sony Xperia U aka Kumquat ST25i has been spotted in the wild previously, and it has decided to surface again, this time next to a Sony Xperia S. Here’s what we know about the Xperia U so far: it is a 3.5″ (854 x 480) device that packs a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera and will run on Android (either Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwich). The photographs tell us nothing new about the phone except that it should have a removable battery (1,290mAh), and pretty much looks like a smaller version of the Xperia S.

The phone is expected to be shown off at MWC 2012 that we will be attending, so stay tuned for more details next week. Check out more images of the Xperia U at the source link below.
