The new iPad arrives in a few days, and it looks like Apple is already gearing up for its launch. According to reports online, Apple has started upgrading portions of its website with high-resolution images designed for the iPad’s high resolution display. Just in case you haven’t heard – the new iPad will have 9.7″ 2048 x 1536 Retina Display. In order to take full advantage of it, websites and apps will require high-resolution images.
At the moment, not all the images on Apple’s website have been updated, but we can be pretty sure it’ll completely overhauled by the 16th this Friday. Anybody pre-ordered a tablet or planning to line up for one this week?
