Love Labs have come up with an interactive and engaging shop window which actually invited ordinary folks to explore the creative side to them by doodling on said shop window using their smartphones. This is made possible thanks to a collaborative drawing game known as Doodlr, where Doodlr itself was projected onto the shop front of the Manchester Digital Laboratory in the UK, and those who are interested enough will be able to draw selected images, where these images are subsequently captured and posted over on Flickr for all and sundry to take a look at. It is not limited to a select few, but basically, as long as you own a smartphone device that is capable of interacting with this particular “artistic” installation via 3G or Wi-Fi without requiring to download an app, you are good to go. All I can say is this – there had better be some sort of moderator around, in order to make sure that nothing obscene or inflammatory is drawn.
