Android 4.0, otherwise known as Ice Cream Sandwich, looks set to roll out across more devices as promised, and we have just read about the confirmation of an Ice Cream Sandwich update coming our way for the CDMA Nexus S as well as the Nexus S 4G. The wait will not be as long as that of the Galaxy Note’s though, where just a couple of weeks will do. For those who own the CDMA version of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus, then surely you will be able to identify with the agonizing wait of knowing that there is another handset out there which is more or less similar to what you own in terms of technical specifications (we are talking about the GSM version of the Galaxy Nexus here), although yours has an older version of the operating system. Guess there is not much left of your patience to try, and hopefully the CDMA version’s Ice Cream Sandwich roll out will be as smooth as the dessert’s namesake itself.
