Nikon Laser Rangefinder COOLSHOT announced Nikon has just unleashed their latest Laser Rangefinder COOLSHOT, which will fall under the new golfing rangefinder brand, where it will continue to carry the standard of the acclaimed Nikon Laser 350G by delivering the performance levels of a high-speed ranging system out to 550 m/600 yd, sporting a 0.5-m/yd and distance display step. Hardware specifications and features of the Laser Rangefinder COOLSHOT are rather lengthy, starting off with the 6x multicoated lenses that deliver a wider field of view, an ergonomic design and compact, lightweight body, a POWER button that is so easy to use where pressing it will activate First Target Priority Mode for accurate and quick measurement of distance to flagstick with 8-second continuous measurement, and LED illumination that paves the way for a bright display even in dark conditions. Not only that, it should not matter too much to you when it rains since the Nikon Laser Rangefinder COOLSHOT is waterproof, and can be submerged up to a meter for 10 minutes, and has a wide temperature tolerance of between −10 °C to +50 °C. No idea on pricing as at press time though. [Press Release]
